By registering with Connect Plan Management, we can take care of your invoice management and payments, meaning you can spend more time working towards your goals.
You choose your providers to access the supports you need and arrange for the invoices to be sent to us. We will lodge a claim with the NDIS and pay your providers directly on your behalf.

As NDIS plan managers, we can take care of your invoice management and payments, meaning you can spend more time working towards your goals.
You choose your providers to access the supports you need and arrange for the invoices to be sent to us. We will lodge a claim with the NDIS and pay your providers directly on your behalf.
As your NDIS plan manager, Connect Plan Management will take on the responsibility of submitting claims to the NDIS portal and paying your providers.
We pay invoices every day. We send you monthly statements to help you keep track of your budget or you can contact us with any queries.
To pay your provider, you simply choose one of the following options:
Email your approved invoice/s to us at [email protected].
You can also ask your provider to send their invoices to us directly.
Mail your approved invoice/s to us at
PO BOX 477, Morningside QLD 4170.
Other options to manage your NDIS funds
NDIA Managed
The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) pays your providers on your behalf. This option limits you to using NDIS registered providers only. This is less flexible and can be restrictive for some participants.
Self-Managed
You will be responsible for the financial management of your NDIS plan. You will make claims from the NDIS and you are responsible for paying providers directly.
Everyone’s situation is different so there is not necessarily a one size fits all option
People often choose to engage a NDIS plan manager to remove the financial administrative burden of an NDIS plan. It provides you with the option to use both NDIS registered and unregistered providers which allows you greater flexibility.
Only the plan management option will provide you with practical help, support and advice on additional matters such as your spending, budgets and the best way to use your NDIS plan.
